Enrolment Policy

Enrolment in programs, courses, trainings, and events offered by Your Total Mastectomy Guide Inc. (dba The Mastectomy Guide) is subject to availability and acceptance by The Mastectomy Guide.

Enrolment is confirmed once full payment or an approved payment plan has been successfully processed and the participant receives confirmation by email or access to the program platform.

Some programs may have eligibility requirements, prerequisites, or professional scope considerations. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the training is appropriate for their qualifications, licensure, and regulatory environment in their country or region of practice.

The Mastectomy Guide reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel enrolment at its discretion, including in cases where required information is not provided or program requirements are not met.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of program and is outlined below.

For digital programs and online trainings, due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the program sales or registration page. No refunds will be issued once access to digital content has been granted.

For live trainings, intensives, and events, refund eligibility and deadlines will be clearly stated on the program registration page. Unless otherwise specified, refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the stated timeframe. Administrative or processing fees may apply. Failure to attend a live training, intensive, or event does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

For payment plans, participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or attendance, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation Policy

If a participant chooses to cancel their enrolment, written notice must be submitted to [email protected]. Cancellation requests are subject to the refund terms applicable to the specific program. Access to program materials may be revoked upon cancellation.

The Mastectomy Guide reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, facilitators, or delivery formats, and to reschedule or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrolment, or operational requirements.

If a program is cancelled by The Mastectomy Guide, participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund at the Company’s discretion.

Non-Transferability

Enrolment is non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing. Sharing access, materials, or login credentials is not permitted.

Policy Alignment and Records Management

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Complaints Policy. Records related to enrolment, payments, cancellations, and refunds are maintained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian and international data protection laws.
