 MENTORSHIP & SUPPORT
LEARN, PRACTISE, AND GROW WITH ONGOING GUIDANCE FROM MENTORS AND A COMMUNITY THAT UNDERSTANDS THE WORK.
20 HOURS OF MENTORSHIP & GROUP COACHING
- Receive live guidance throughout the six-month Academy as you apply the clinical and business training.
- Bring questions about practice sessions, treatment planning, clinical cases, professional development, and marketing implementation.
PRACTISE WITH GUIDANCE
- Complete at least 25 hours of hands-on practice in your own community.
- Get support choosing appropriate practice people, structuring sessions, identifying precautions, measuring change, and adapting treatment.
PERSONALIZED VIDEO FEEDBACK
- Submit five treatment videos so the MG Team can observe your developing skills.
- Receive feedback on positioning, draping, pressure, pacing, communication, assessment, treatment flow, and clinical reasoning.
BUDDY PODS
- Participate in two small-group Buddy Pod rotations for accountability, collaboration, resource sharing, and encouragement.
- Build meaningful professional relationships within the larger Academy community.
PRIVATE ACADEMY COMMUNITY
- Access discussion threads, announcements, templates, treatment resources, action challenges, marketing support, and program reminders.
- Ask course-related questions and stay connected between live classes.
ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP
- Access one optional individual mentorship session for personalized support.
- Use the session to discuss a complex clinical case, treatment planning, professional confidence, practice development, or another challenge affecting your progress.
CASE-STUDY SUPPORT
- Receive guidance as you complete six to eight treatments with one case-study client.
- Strengthen your assessment, treatment planning, documentation, outcome tracking, clinical reasoning, and professional reflection.
