When you're faced with an overwhelming challenge, the full program will guide you through all the steps of breast surgery recovery
We know research shows progressive movements, massage and stretching/strengthening are advantageous for breast cancer surgery recovery
You may not be used to caring for yourself, as you may have usually put other people ahead of you in the past, but now is an opportunity to make some lifestyle changes that can support your health and wellbeing as you adapt to your new life and new body during and after breast cancer.

What happens if you don't take care of yourself during and after your breast cancer diagnosis?
Unfortunately without exercise and movement, cancer recurrence and post-op complications rates have shown to increase, as well as increased rates of depression, anxiety and negative body image.
These are problems which are solvable though! You do not need to experience long-term suffering after breast surgery, as long as you practice self-care and find a trained massage therapist to help you recover.
This complete home-care support program is a great adjunct to in-person care by an MG massage therapist, or can act as a stand-alone guide if you don't have a trained MG therapist in your area.
If you think your massage therapist would like our programs, please pass this website along to them!

What are you going to learn in The Complete Home-care Support Program?
You will learn surgeon-approved methods for breast surgery rehab from prior your surgery (prehab) until long after your surgery has passed (rehab). Exercises are built upon scientific principles for optimal recovery after breast cancer or elective breast surgery, delivered in a human-centric way.
In the Complete Program, you get all 4 Parts of MG at home delivered at once, so you can make your way through it on your own time.
We recommend following the Parts in order, as they are designed to build on the previous Part.
If you are doing one Part right after the other, it should take about 3 months to complete all 4 Parts, which is MUCH less expensive than paying someone to do all the rehab with you.
It also makes a brilliant support plan to follow between appointments if you do have an MG therapist in your area.
Here's what you are going to learn:
Part 1: Preparing for Breast Surgery
- 5 lessons devoted to "pre-hab" you can do prior to your surgery even starting, so you are able to accept and integrate the surgery more smoothly, reducing the likelihood of post-op complications afterwards.
Part 2: Regain Your Mobility in the First 4 Weeks
- Strategic and progressive exercises for mind & body that you can start right from the first days home from hospital. Program is designed to restore your full arm range of motion within a month after surgery.
Part 3: Post-op Self-massage
- Connect with your body in a very tactile way with easy-to-learn self-massage techniques designed to improve circulation, scar tissue, numbness and swelling.
Part 4: Stretch and Strengthen for Excellent Posture
- Overcoming a tight and collapsed chest is a common experience for most breast surgery patients, so re-establishing a proud upright posture helps you feel empowered and balanced.
We are here to support you!

You don't have to do this alone
Going through a breast cancer diagnosis can be very isolating and terrifying. It can make you feel like you're out of step with the rest of the world. You can have the experience of having other people in your corner though, who understand what you're going through, and that you're not alone in this. Help is here, take advantage of that.

Step-by-step process
At a time when you are learning about a whole new world, feeling under extreme mental and physical duress, having to make huge decisions with very little information, why not make it as easy as possible on yourself and follow a step-by-step method of breast surgery preparation that's been proven to help get you ready?
