How to use this digital nature meditation
Morning lightly-guided meditation:
If you want to wake up, self-nurture and get your day off on the right foot, do this meditation to create some sacred space for yourself. Gather your thoughts, get your Zen on, centre and focus your mind and go in to your day feeling refreshed, calm and effective.
Afternoon break:
Need to take 20 and recharge? Turn on this 20 minute nature meditation and breathe deep! Relax back in your chair as the soothing water scene creates space and calm in the midst of your day. Allow your shoulders to drop and your jaw to relax as you watch and absorb the vitality of the river.
Unwind at the end of your day:
Use this visual meditation to unwind before bed and improve your sleep. Put it on in an undisturbed location and allow the sounds and gentle movement of the water to decompress and calm your mind. Allow your breathing to deepen, let go of the tensions of the day on your out-breath (exhale) and feel your body-mind-spirit relax.
